Welcome to the Willamette ESD Online Referral System!

Steps to Success

1. New Users: Register your new account
2. Log into your account to create a new referral
3. Complete all the appropriate fields
a. If a field is missed, the system will remind you as you submit
4. Upload Consent to Evaluate, and other documentation as appropriate
5. Submit your referral. Your district administrator will review
6. Check approval status on the “Referral Request” page
7. You will receive an email when all approvals have been granted and specialist assigned.
